A 3-month remote software residency for developers who need real team experience.

Start with a tuition-free one-week Trial Sprint. If we accept you, you pay EUR 2,500 and join a small remote team working in English on AI-age software workflows.

$date ./next_start

Next start: Monday 3 August

Apply before the next group fills

The next start is soon. Apply now if you want to be considered for this group; late applicants may need to wait for a later start.

Limited small-team spots

Working groups stay at max 5 people, so we do not keep adding people to the same group once it is full.

$cat ./residency_model.txt

Not a lecture bootcamp

You join a working remote team. You read tickets, communicate in English, use AI critically, ship scoped tasks, and get mentor review. No fake homework, no passive video content, no job guarantee claims.

  • 3 months minimum

Full-time, remote, built around a normal 9-to-5 team rhythm.

  • Real team work

Calls, async updates, tickets, reviews, peer learning, and documented progress.

  • AI-age habits

Use AI for leverage while keeping your own judgment, debugging, and ownership.

$cat ./application_flow.txt

Clear path before tuition

  • 1. Under-10-minute signup test

We check target role, level, remote fit, availability, equipment, communication, persistence, and critical AI use.

  • 2. One-week Residency Trial Sprint

If you pass the gate, you join a tuition-free full-time remote trial before any payment.

  • 3. Acceptance, payment, Residency

If Colin and Laurent accept you after the sprint, payment is due and you enter the minimum 3-month Residency.

Learning model for the AI age

We keep the parts that work from modern peer-learning schools: project work, self-organization, community, and real evidence. We add remote work, critical AI discipline, and mentor review.

  • Peer learning instead of passive lectures
  • Project tickets, reviews, demos, and async updates
  • Critical AI use: ask, verify, debug, own the result
  • Self-organization inside a real remote team rhythm
  • Portfolio proof and written evidence for applications

Questions before you apply

Is there a job guarantee?

No. We do not sell a guarantee. We build proof: team work, project history, review habits, communication, and a clearer story for your target developer job.

Can total beginners apply?

Yes, but only exceptional fast learners should pass. The Residency is built for juniors and developers who need practical team experience.

Why is the Trial Sprint free?

Fit must be tested before tuition. You work with us for one week first. Payment is due only if Colin and Laurent accept you after the sprint.

Can I extend after 3 months?

Yes. The minimum is 3 months. After that, you can extend pay-as-you-go if both sides agree and there is team capacity.

Do I need German?

No. The launch Residency runs in English. The website should later support English, German, Spanish, Italian, and French for SEO reach.

What if I fail the Trial Sprint?

You get preparation guidance and can apply again after a one-year cooldown. Borderline applicants are not accepted unless we have a clear reason to invest.

$node ./signup-test.js --track residency

Ready for the gate?

The signup test takes under 10 minutes and decides whether you should be invited to the tuition-free Residency Trial Sprint.
